Job Requirements

No previous restaurant experience required
must be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods
must be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop as needed
must be able to work effectively while standing for up to 10 hours per day
must be able to safely lift bags, cases and dish racks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift

Job Qualifications

capability to work effectively while standing for up to 10 hours per day
ability to safely lift bags, cases and dish racks weighing up to 60 pounds

Job Duties

Use and monitor the dishwashing machine properly at all times
keep all areas supplied with clean and sanitized plates, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment
bag and remove wastes and trash properly throughout the shift
execute all prep duties quickly, efficiently, safely and according to PURE standards and specifications
keep the dish and prep areas clean throughout the shift
ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen as requested by the kitchen manager
