Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a cooperative attitude
Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

Ability to perform physical tasks associated with washing dishes and kitchen upkeep
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work as part of a team
Effective communication skills
Willingness to assist with various kitchen duties beyond dishwashing

Job Duties

Support culinary operations by washing dishes putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary including some food prep work
Assist with receiving of products stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
