Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- willingness to adhere strictly to hygiene and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications

- previous dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience is an advantage
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- assist in maintaining team member wellness and safety practices
- support overall cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- comply with health regulatory requirements
