Job Description

The restaurant is seeking a Dishwasher/BOH team member to maintain a steady supply of clean tableware and cookware while implementing quality assurance and food safety procedures. Responsibilities include cleaning prep equipment, silverware, and dishes, organizing the dish pit, ensuring overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards, following safety protocols, removing trash, and upholding cleanliness in food preparation areas. Must be 18 or older, fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish preferred), possess good interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts, have legal U.S. work authorization, lift and push 50 lbs, exhibit contagious energy, work well in a team, and have excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of similar experience.
