Arrow Senior Living is currently hiring for a full-time Dishwasher position at their Holliday Farms location in Zionsville, Indiana. Job Requirements

Be at least sixteen years of age
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level
Positive and energetic attitude with a focus on resident care
Physically active with the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Must be criminally cleared

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a dishwasher or kitchen helper role is a plus
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks as needed

Job Duties

Operate the dish machine to clean dishes and kitchenware promptly and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
Bus tables and assist in running food to residents
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure sanitation standards
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent resident service
Support flexible duties as requested by supervisors
