Routine tasks like sweeping, mopping, and proper waste disposal are also essential to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. The Lead is also tasked with managing the transfer of supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, contributing to seamless kitchen operations.
Beyond these operational elements, the position requires punctuality, reliability, and a dedication to fostering a healthy and safe working environment for all team members. The Dishroom Lead is well suited for individuals with at least one year of related experience who are adaptable, team-oriented, and possess a nurturing approach to leadership.
