Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment operation, maintaining proper water temperature and soap levels, cleaning machines and utensils, and transporting trays between kitchen and nursing units. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to manage repetitive duties efficiently while adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines. Furthermore, the role requires participation in mandatory education, departmental meetings, and compliance with organizational policies including universal precautions and ergonomic practices. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and preferably possess prior dishwashing or food service experience, bringing good communication skills and a willingness to contribute positively in a team environment.
