  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • reliable and punctual with a positive team attitude
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen
  • dispose of waste according to restaurant policies and local regulations
  • assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or restocking as needed
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
