- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen
- dispose of waste according to restaurant policies and local regulations
- assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or restocking as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
