- prior dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
- empty trash and move to dump site
- comply with local sanitation standards
- perform opening and closing procedures
- contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
- assist in organizing and maintaining all coolers and storage areas
