Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- physically able to lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently
- ability to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment
- willingness to report dish machine functional or mechanical problems immediately
- ability to maintain safety standards
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift as needed
- no restaurant experience needed

- keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
- load, run, and unload dish machine
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- maintain all safety standards
