Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation
Good physical stamina
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Good teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of sanitation standards

Job Duties

Operate and maintain dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
Ensure dish machine is well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes
Check and refill sanitation bucket on the cooking line
Assist the prep cook during AM prep
Clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift
Be punctual and on-time
