Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Ability to work standing and walking in a fast-paced environment for up to 9 hours
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- Must be able to follow directions and work collaboratively
- Must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Ability to work standing and walking in a fast-paced environment for up to 9 hours
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Job Duties
- Ensure that the dish machine is functioning correctly in all of its cycles
- Ensure that the proper chemicals are being used both in the correct quantities and for the correct tasks
- Can keep up with the fast-paced work environment of the restaurant
- Follows the directions of the Lead DMO, MOD, and Kitchen Supervisor throughout their shift
- Checks with the Kitchen Supervisor before leaving for any breaks and at the end of the shift
- Complete all regular opening, closing, and side work shift duties and cleaning
- Communicate proactively and effectively with both the Back of House Supervisor and Front of House Supervisor to identify and solve any issues
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business
