Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Must be able to work, standing and walking, in a fast-paced environment for up to 9 hours
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to maintain close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Job Qualifications
- Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to follow directions from supervisors
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and cleaning protocols
Job Duties
- Ensure that the dish machine is functioning correctly in all of its cycles
- Ensure that the proper chemicals are being used both in the correct quantities and for the correct tasks
- Can keep up with the fast-paced work environment of the restaurant
- Follows the directions of the Lead DMO, MOD, and Kitchen Supervisor throughout their shift
- Checks with the Kitchen Supervisor before leaving for any breaks and at the end of the shift
- Complete all regular opening, closing, and side work shift duties and cleaning
- Communicate proactively and effectively with both the Back of House Supervisor and Front of House Supervisor to identify and solve any issues
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business
