The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) is an essential role within Anthony's kitchen operations, responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. This full-time position involves operating commercial dishwashing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dish area, and supporting kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties

  • Operate dish machines to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • inspect items for cleanliness and rewash as needed
  • keep dishwashing areas clean and organized, including sinks, counters, and floors
  • monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues promptly
  • assist with organizing and storing clean kitchenware
  • follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling
