We are currently seeking a Dish Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. This full-time role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the brewery and restaurant operations. The Dish Machine Operator is responsible for operating the dishwashing machinery according to established standards to ensure that all dishware and kitchen equipment are thoroughly sanitized and ready for use. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and possesses a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have clear communication skills and a strong sense of urgency to handle multiple tasks and special cleaning projects as they arise. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in the work area, managing waste disposal and sanitation processes, and assisting with scheduled deep cleaning initiatives. The role also requires adherence to health department guidelines, including food handling protocols and hand washing procedures. A Food Safety Certificate must be obtained within 21 days of hire. Experience in cleaning or dish machine operations is advantageous but not mandatory, as paid training is provided.
