Job Requirements
- One years' experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant preferred
- Possess a positive, energetic, 'can-do' attitude and spirit
- Be able to effectively communicate with team members
- Hold a current food handlers card in the state you are applying
- Have a flexible work schedule and be able to meet our training schedule timeline
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment valued
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid food handlers card in the state of employment
Job Duties
- Operate dish machine efficiently to clean dishes and kitchen utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly
