We are currently seeking motivated and engaged individuals to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. This role is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dishroom operations. The Dishroom Attendant is primarily responsible for handling washable items such as trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and silverware. This includes separating these items correctly, placing them on the dishwasher conveyor belt for cleaning, and retrieving and stowing them according to required protocols, which may include packing items to customer diagrams. Working as part of a cohesive team, the Dishroom Attendant follows directions diligently and supports the overall workflow to ensure the dishroom meets high standards of hygiene and readiness.
The position requires flexibility with work hours, including the ability to work varying schedules that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. The role also involves exposure to extreme temperature changes, noise, and the use of industrial cleaning chemicals and materials. Physical demands are significant, requiring the ability to lift, push, pull, and move products, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds frequently during the shift, along with standing, bending, and moving for long periods during shifts that can exceed eight hours.

Job Requirements
- Work assigned schedule which may vary and could include weekends and holidays
- Work overtime when required
- Arrive to work on-time
- Comply with company policies
- Complete paperwork and related administrative duties
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
- Works with chemicals and industrial cleaning materials
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during shift
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Up to one-year experience preferred
- Current U.S. driver's license
- Must be able to read and write to complete required forms
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
Job Duties
- Separates washable items such as trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, silverware
- Places items on the dishwasher conveyor belt to be washed
- Retrieves items from the belt and stows them as required, may include packing to customer diagrams
- Follows directions
- Works as a member of a team
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management
