Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an automotive body shop technician or in vehicle disassembly
- Additional training or certification in automotive repair or collision repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
- Commitment to providing quality guest service

- High attention to detail to accurately identify damage and hidden damage
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, and lifting heavy parts for extended periods
- Commitment to providing quality service and support to ensure guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional training or certification in automotive repair or collision repair
Job Duties
- Carefully disassemble vehicles scheduled for repair including removing damaged body parts, trim, and other components
- Identify damaged parts and provide accurate information to the body shop estimator for repair planning and ordering of replacement parts
- Catalog and store parts and components securely and in an organized manner to ensure they are readily available for reassembly
- Work closely with body shop painters, technicians, and estimators to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication
- Ensure that all disassembled parts are stored properly and that the work area is clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment
