The 72nd and Sorenson Chick-fil-A location is currently seeking highly qualified Directors who will play a critical role in shaping the business's success. These leadership roles focus on ensuring the smooth daily operation and flow of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of signature service, and leading by example. Directors are expected to embody a strong passion for quality guest service and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand values in every facet of their work. Directors in this role take on the responsibility of orchestrating the restaurant’s activities to ensure that all operational areas function cohesively and quickly, with a high regard for excellent service delivery. Additionally, Directors are required to achieve ServSafe certification within 60 days of employment, underlining the company’s commitment to health and safety standards. Directors must be willing to hold themselves and others accountable to meet rigorous weekly and monthly performance goals. Job Requirements
