- Achieve ServSafe certification within 60 days of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience as a leader in the customer service industry
- Sincere desire to create a positive environment for both guests and team members
- Dynamic organizational skills

- Must work well under pressure
- Must be willing to hold others accountable
- Must be willing to meet weekly and monthly performance goals
- Must be willing to work at least two night shifts per week
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth flow and efficiency
- Set and uphold the standard for signature Chick-fil-A guest service
- Lead by example with a positive and proactive attitude
- Manage team performance and accountability to meet weekly and monthly goals
- Foster a positive and safe working environment for team members and guests
- Achieve ServSafe certification within 60 days and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Work at least two night shifts per week to maintain leadership presence
