The role of Director of Villa Services at Resorts World Las Vegas is a senior leadership position responsible for providing strategic oversight and operational leadership of all villa operations. This role is critical in ensuring a highly personalized and consistently exceptional guest experience that aligns with the resort's luxury brand standards. The Director of Villa Services leads a team focused on delivering Forbes-level quality service by developing bespoke service standards and fostering a culture of anticipatory service and continuous improvement. This role demands a comprehensive approach encompassing team development, operational management, cross-departmental collaboration, and a strong focus on financial performance including revenue management and cost control.
In this role, the Director will lead and mentor the Villa Services team, including managers, butlers, and villa coordinators, promoting a culture where accountability and excellence are paramount. The individual will be responsible for designing innovative guest service touchpoints and rituals that elevate the villa experience from pre-arrival planning through in-stay engagement and post-stay follow-ups. The position requires close collaboration with multiple departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Casino/VIP Services, and Engineering to ensure seamless and memorable villa experiences.
The Director will also oversee the creation and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures aligned with brand standards, operational policies, and regulatory requirements. Financial acumen is essential as the role involves reviewing financial statements, managing budgets exceeding five million dollars, and driving profitability through strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, pricing optimization, and cost efficiency. The Director is tasked with overseeing labor models, scheduling, productivity standards, and the recruitment and retention of a high-performing team.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the Director of Villa Services maintains a visible presence in the operation by engaging directly with VIP and high-profile guests to foster relationships and address concerns promptly. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and VIP departments is key to position the villas effectively for promotions and guest acquisition strategies. The role demands maintaining the highest standards of villa presentation, cleanliness, and functionality, while ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all interactions. This position requires flexibility in working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and emphasizes a strong commitment to the brand's core values of safety, security, guest experience, and environmental standards.

Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent combination of education training and work experience
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain TAM card Gaming Registration Card Food Handlers Card
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent combination of education training and work experience
- Minimum of seven years in a similar position or five years in progressive management positions within hotel operations of a large luxury resort
- Ability to establish guidelines for proper staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Point of Sale systems Property Management systems and Casino Player Tracking systems
- Experience managing a workforce of 50 to 100 employees
- Strong strategic planning project management skills and superior decision-making while managing multiple priorities
- Strong financial background with experience in managing yearly budget in excess of five million dollars
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests management employees and other outside contacts
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
- Ability to utilize guest service satisfaction performance metrics from SALT Surveys TripAdvisor Yelp etc to generate action plans to address service opportunities
Job Duties

- Oversee pre-arrival planning and in-house guest experience ensuring preferences itineraries and special requests are executed flawlessly
- Drive service excellence through daily operations including arrivals departures in-stay engagement and post-stay follow-up exceeding guest expectations
- Partner cross-functionally with departments including Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage Culinary Casino/VIP Services and Engineering for seamless execution of villa services
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures ensuring compliance with brand standards operational policies and regulatory requirements
