With a strong focus on operational excellence and safety compliance, our corporate office team is committed to fostering a secure and productive environment for both employees and passengers. We prioritize adherence to industry regulations and continuously strive to improve our processes through innovation and strategic management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily scheduling and dispatch operations, preparing system briefings, liaising with IT and external regulatory bodies, troubleshooting software issues, and conducting management briefings to address any operational challenges. This leadership position also involves budget preparation and project management assignments from senior management, maintaining a safe operating environment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Attendance and punctuality are considered essential responsibilities in this role. The work environment is primarily office-based with occasional travel and variable scheduling, including some weekends and extended workdays. This role is essential for maintaining smooth and compliant airline operations and requires a proactive, decisive leader with extensive experience in the airline industry.
