- experience interfacing with senior executives, donors, board of directors/trustees, or high-profile individuals including elected officials
- ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion

- working knowledge of university organization and administration

Job Duties
- Lead end to end processes for assigned projects and events
- assess and make recommendations regarding the development of operating processes, continuously update and improve processes, identify problems and recommend and implement solutions
- manage the planning and coordination of programmatic activities for the Office of the President
- provide staffing and operational support to the President at events, tours and visits
- lead the planning and execution of events hosted by the Office of the President
- coordinate all aspects of usage for the President’s suites and seating for athletic events, including scheduling, logistics and communications with stakeholders
- partner with the Sr. Director to manage the scheduling and coordination of the Office of the President student associates
