  • Bachelor's degree
  • five years of related experience in higher education administration
  • experience interfacing with senior executives, donors, board of directors/trustees, or high-profile individuals including elected officials
  • ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion

  • working knowledge of university organization and administration
  • experience planning for and managing events
  • strong writing skills

Job Duties

  • Lead end to end processes for assigned projects and events
  • assess and make recommendations regarding the development of operating processes, continuously update and improve processes, identify problems and recommend and implement solutions
  • manage the planning and coordination of programmatic activities for the Office of the President
  • provide staffing and operational support to the President at events, tours and visits
  • lead the planning and execution of events hosted by the Office of the President
  • coordinate all aspects of usage for the President’s suites and seating for athletic events, including scheduling, logistics and communications with stakeholders
  • partner with the Sr. Director to manage the scheduling and coordination of the Office of the President student associates
