Powered by a team of passionate individuals, Four Seasons places immense value on fostering a culture where employees strive to improve continuously, push boundaries, and treat one another with respect and kindness. This collective mindset of collaboration and mutual respect is foundational to Four Seasons' success in delivering unparalleled guest services. The organization prides itself on a world-class employee experience and company culture, recognizing that satisfied and engaged team members are integral to crafting the exceptional experiences that guests, residents, and partners expect and cherish.
Nestled in Nashville’s vibrant SoBro neighborhood, Four Seasons Nashville stands as a beacon of Southern hospitality combined with luxury and innovation. The hotel is strategically positioned close to the city's rich music, sports, and entertainment venues, offering guests a deep and authentic connection to Music City's renowned creative spirit. With a spectacular rooftop pool and spa overlooking the scenic Cumberland River and Riverfront Park, Four Seasons Nashville offers guests an experience where nature, comfort, and urban energy coexist seamlessly. This location is not just a hotel but a social hub where the rhythm of the city and the harmony of world-class service come together.
The role of Director of Revenue Management at Four Seasons Nashville is a pivotal leadership position responsible for steering the hotel's revenue optimization initiatives along with the oversight of the Reservations Department. This full-time role demands a strategic vision, analytical acuity, and leadership excellence to maximize financial performance while adhering to the Four Seasons brand standards of luxury service. The Director will champion data-driven strategies for pricing, forecasting, and inventory management ensuring optimal occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
The successful candidate will engage in cross-functional collaboration with departments like Sales and Marketing to balance transient and group demand, develop pricing architectures, and optimize room inventory for profitability. Utilizing sophisticated systems such as Opera PMS and Delphi, the Director will ensure data accuracy and leverage analytics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Leadership responsibilities extend to recruiting, training, and mentoring the Reservations team to uphold a high-performance culture supportive of the organization’s values.
This role not only involves operational and strategic tasks but also an active presence in hotel leadership meetings, including forecasting, executive updates, and sales strategy discussions. Four Seasons Nashville offers not just a competitive salary but a comprehensive benefits package that includes training and development opportunities, employee discounts for stays worldwide, and additional property-specific perks. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields, along with 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue management or reservations within luxury hospitality, a strong command of revenue strategy and systems, and proven leadership skills. Authorization to work in the United States is required unless currently employed in a managerial role at another Four Seasons location.
