Job Duties
- Develops departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the organization's strategic plan
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and accrediting bodies
- Oversees operations and budgets of physician practices
- Monitors quality, patient experience, team building, contracts, and vendor relations
- Plans, delegates, supervises, and motivates staff
- Leads initiatives to improve patient experience scores
- Supports special projects and business analysis as needed
