McLane offers a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a company-paid life insurance plan. Paid time off is available immediately to promote work-life balance, while a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan becomes accessible after 90 days of employment. Additional perks include pet insurance, maternity and paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, and tuition reimbursement, making it a supportive environment for career growth and personal well-being.

Candidates considering this role should be prepared for a dynamic environment requiring teamwork, organization, problem-solving, and detailed execution. This position demands ability to climb on and off trucks during route rides and requires proficient comprehension and communication in English for effective safety and operational standards adherence. McLane values diversity and inclusivity, providing equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
