The role of Director, Operations and Logistics at Title Nine is a critical leadership position that plays a key role in translating the company’s strategic objectives into actionable, efficient operational outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO), this position offers a unique opportunity to own and optimize the entire supply chain cycle within Title Nine’s Distribution Center in Richmond, CA. The Director will ensure the flawless execution of inbound receipt, warehousing, logistics, and final-mile delivery processes, all while overseeing the Customer Support Team to deliver exceptional service. This full-time, on-site role involves collaboration with various departments including Marketing, IT, Inventory Planning, and Finance to build a best-in-class operational experience that enhances both efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, improve labor planning, negotiate vendor contracts, manage transportation logistics, and design inventory control strategies. The successful candidate will be hands-on, providing mentorship and leadership to teams while managing day-to-day operations, pushing continuous improvement and high operational standards. Key responsibilities include establishing and executing distribution and warehousing strategies, optimizing labor and logistics, controlling costs per shipment, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing freight-related decisions. Regular visits to Title Nine’s company headquarters in Emeryville, CA will be part of this role to maintain alignment with overall corporate objectives. Candidates with a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and e-commerce fulfillment environments will excel in this role.
