- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of leadership/management experience
- Prior surgical/procedural operations/peri-op experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead an operations group by communicating with and developing staff members and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business function or geographic area
- Develop and articulate a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service contracts to develop strategies of standardization and cost savings
- Analyze material costs and offer cost-saving solutions to Corporate Procurement
- Identify appropriate equipment and supply inventory levels
- Establish par levels and oversee processes to ensure timely maintenance
- Develop implement and oversee warehousing and receiving logistics processes including loading dock mailroom and storage areas
- Oversee parking and valet services for the Center
- Function as end-user interface for physicians administrative and support personnel to assure operational concerns are continuously identified and addressed
- Develop and monitor strategic operating goals objectives and budget
- Report operational performance justification and/or corrective action
- Participate in new construction projects at the Center related to operational issues
- Develop and implement operations-related programs to enhance patient and employee satisfaction
- Develop and maintain productive inter/intra departmental clinical administrative and vendor work relationships to optimize materials management operations
- Select develop manage and evaluate direct reports
- Oversee the selection development management and evaluation of indirect reports
- Oversee compliance with government and agency regulations
- Perform related duties as required
