This position involves managing risks, enforcing compliance, and supporting Salata's corporate social responsibility by developing sustainable procurement practices. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a procurement team, ensuring that procurement objectives and performance metrics are achieved. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Houston, Texas, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may require occasional travel and additional hours based on business needs. Salata offers competitive salaries and benefits including performance bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
