Job Description
Peak Beverage is a prominent company specializing in beverage management and services within the hospitality and events industry. Known for its commitment to providing exceptional client experiences and innovative beverage solutions, Peak Beverage has established itself as a trusted partner among venues, event planners, corporate clients, and strategic partners. The company operates with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, strategic growth, and fostering long-term partnerships that continually drive business success. With a robust portfolio of high-profile accounts, Peak Beverage’s teams collaborate across Business Development, Market Sales, Operations, and Marketing to deliver seamless service and impactful beverage programs. As a well-regarded leader in the beverage and hospitality sectors, Peak Beverage emphasizes the importance of strategic account management to sustain and enhance its relationships and revenue streams.
The role of Director of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships at Peak Beverage is vital to the company’s continued growth and client retention efforts. This position demands a relationship-driven, commercially savvy leader who will oversee and nurture Peak's most valuable relationships including key clients, venues, planners, and corporate partnerships. The Director is responsible for ensuring exceptional ongoing support, driving contract renewals, maximizing revenue opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships that grow year over year. Acting as the central point of contact and bridge between Business Development, Market Sales, Venue Partners, and Operations, the Director guarantees a cohesive client experience throughout the entire lifecycle of each account.
Success in this leadership role is measured by client retention, increased client spend, referral generation, and elevating Peak Beverage’s reputation as a trusted partner rather than just a service provider. The Director will develop and implement annual strategic account plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and maintain executive-level relationships across Peak’s portfolio. A critical aspect of the role includes identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities such as expanded beverage programs, concessions, sponsorships, and activations. Equally important is the ownership of contract renewals and retention strategies to minimize account churn.
This executive position also plays a significant role in internal alignment and leadership by liaising between various departments to ensure smooth transitions from new business acquisition to ongoing account management, advocating for client needs, and reporting on account performance and strategic recommendations to the leadership team. The Director of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships will lead with a commercial mindset, embody exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to manage large client portfolios and complex negotiations. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a measurable impact within an influential company in the beverage and hospitality industry, with a focus on growth, client satisfaction, and partnership excellence.
