Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of operational experience with multi-unit opening experience preferred
- Extensive experience in restaurant operations, premium dining, food and beverage operations, and brand development
- Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is a plus
- Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work during nights and weekends based on event schedule
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute premium dining experiences that elevate guest expectations across select Sportservice locations
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of the Patina Group Standards Playbook with clear frameworks and actionable hospitality standards
- Partner with the Vice President of Premium Hospitality to deliver strategic brand partnerships that enhance premium dining experiences
- Integrate Patina Group brand standards into Sportservice premium operations to differentiate Delaware North in targeted venues
- Train unit teams and conduct on-site team member trainings to embed Patina Group culture and uphold consistent premium standards
- Lead opening timelines for new units by organizing resources and supporting launches in select stadiums and arenas
- Evaluate quality, guest satisfaction, and operational performance while driving adoption of food safety, health, alcohol service, front of house, and sustainability standards
