Job Requirements
- 7-12 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- proven success selling innovative or disruptive solutions, preferably medical device
- experience in early-stage or high-growth environments such as startups or scale-ups
- demonstrated ability to build sales processes from scratch
- strong track record of achieving revenue goals
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- executive presence and leadership capability
Job Qualifications
- 7-12+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- proven success selling innovative, complex, or disruptive solutions - Medical Device preferred
- experience in early-stage or high-growth environments (startup or scale-up)
- demonstrated ability to build sales processes from scratch
- strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- experience launching a new product or entering a new market
- background in neurology sales preferred
- familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
- experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients
Job Duties
- Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- translate product positioning into a compelling, scalable sales narrative
- identify target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and priority verticals
- partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and demand generation
- own and deliver against revenue targets and pipeline growth
- personally lead key deals, especially early enterprise or lighthouse customers
- build and manage a healthy sales funnel with accurate forecasting
- establish sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs from the ground up
- implement CRM discipline and pipeline management best practices
- optimize sales cycles, pricing strategies, and conversion metrics
- recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team over time
- coach and mentor team members to drive performance and accountability
- foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
- act as the voice of the customer internally
- provide actionable feedback to product and leadership teams
- help shape product roadmap based on market needs and sales insights
