This exciting job opportunity is for the role of Director of Sales at the upcoming Signia by Hilton Savannah, a highly anticipated new hotel slated to open in 2028. This property will serve as the future headquarters hotel connected to the expanded Savannah Convention Center, strategically located on Hutchinson Island with scenic views of historic downtown Savannah. Featuring 444 guest rooms, elevated food and beverage offerings, premium meeting and event spaces, and the sophisticated service culture that defines the Signia by Hilton brand, this hotel is positioned to elevate Savannah as a premier destination for meetings, conventions, and luxury travel.

As the Director of Sales, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and driving the sales strategy to achieve revenue growth across all hotel segments including group, business transient, leisure transient, and catering. Your responsibilities will include developing revenue-driving sales strategies, optimizing pricing and business mix for profitability, leading business reviews and long-term commercial planning, and aligning sales efforts with revenue and marketing functions.

You will also be instrumental in fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention and Visitors Bureaus, travel partners, and major clients to drive demand and conversions through strategic site visits and pre-convention meetings. Monitoring market and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in group and transient segments will also be central to your role. Additionally, the Director of Sales will build and nurture a high-performing sales team through talent recruitment, performance management, and professional development initiatives.

At Hilton, the core values—Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and a focus on the Now—define the workplace culture and the qualities expected of each team member. This role is not just about managing sales; it is about bringing warmth, positivity, and leadership to every interaction, helping create a workplace and guest experience that is exemplary.

Joining Hilton means benefiting from exceptional care and support for your wellbeing. Some of the notable perks include access to deeply discounted travel stays through the Go Hilton program, the opportunity to invest in Hilton shares with employee stock purchase options, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement savings plans. These benefits reflect Hilton's commitment to supporting team members through every phase of life.

This role is a prestigious opportunity to join a company that values its employees as much as its guests and to be part of a landmark hotel project that will set a new standard for hospitality in Savannah and beyond.
