Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel sales
  • Experience working in branded hotel environments such as Marriott or Hilton
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Marriott and Hilton brand sales systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools

Job Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage sales processes from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with hotel management to meet revenue goals
  • Track and report sales metrics and performance
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams to maximize booking potential
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
