Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales leadership
  • Experience in the extended stay hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data effectively
  • Experience in leading sales and marketing teams
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leadership role
  • Extended stay hospitality experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior brand experience and market knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver the highest quality of service to customers at all times
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Guide sales and marketing efforts including advertising, public relations, and administrative reporting
  • Lead sales initiatives aligned with the property's Marketing Plan
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Analyze financial and market data for strategic decision-making
  • Organize, prioritize, and document work to meet business deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
