We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across our properties. This leadership role requires an innovative and team-oriented individual with strong relationship-building skills who can oversee the full scope of sales and marketing efforts, from advertising to public relations and administrative reporting. The Director of Sales & Marketing will play a pivotal role in executing strategies that expand business opportunities in new and existing markets, while aligning sales initiatives with the property’s overall Marketing Plan.

In this position, you will be challenged to consistently deliver the highest quality of service to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You will establish and maintain strong client and partner relationships, monitor industry trends, and keep a close watch on the competitive landscape to stay ahead in the business. A key part of your role will involve analyzing financial and market data to support informed strategic decision-making, which will impact business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, capable of prioritizing and documenting work efficiently to meet business deadlines. This role demands a collaborative spirit to work effectively with internal teams and ensure a consistent and unified customer experience across all touchpoints. With a minimum of three years of experience in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within the extended stay hospitality market, and proven communication and problem-solving skills, you will be well equipped to thrive at Concord.

We offer competitive wages ranging from $60,817 to $76,021 for this role, along with a performance-based bonus tied to achieving set objectives. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales leadership
  • Experience in the extended stay hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leadership role
  • Extended stay hospitality experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior brand experience and market knowledge preferred
