Job Description

The Beckworth Hotel is an exciting new boutique hotel development set to open in late 2026 in the vibrant Uptown Charlotte area. Housed in the historic 1924 Johnston Building at 212 S. Tryon Street, this 240-room Curio Collection by Hilton property seamlessly blends the timeless elegance of its historic architecture with modern, sophisticated design. The hotel will feature a signature rooftop bar, a dynamic ground-floor dining experience, and 3,500 square feet of premium meeting space, positioning itself as one of Charlotte's premier venues for events and gatherings. The Beckworth Hotel is poised to become a landmark destination, offering exceptional hospitality and unmatched guest experiences in the heart of the city.

As a Concord Leader at The Beckworth Hotel, you will be entrusted with driving business growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s brand and market position. From building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships to executing targeted campaigns and analyzing market trends, this role offers a comprehensive leadership experience in luxury hospitality sales and operations. The position offers a salary range of $140,672 to $175,840 and includes eligibility for a performance-based bonus contingent upon meeting set objectives. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role
  • Luxury/lifestyle full service experience required
  • BBT - Business Travel experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
