  • Strong knowledge of Marriott systems, brand standards, and revenue management practices
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive growth in corporate, group, and leisure markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the hotel’s sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive demand across all market segments
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing budget, including forecasting and revenue projections
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to continuously improve sales efforts
