Job Requirements
- 7+ years of sales and marketing experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of Marriott systems, brand standards, and revenue management practices
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive growth in corporate, group, and leisure markets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or hospitality

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the hotel’s sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive demand across all market segments
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners
- Oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing budget, including forecasting and revenue projections
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to continuously improve sales efforts
