A Director of Sales and Marketing collaborates closely with regional and on-property leadership to craft and execute multi-year commercial plans that optimize revenue performance and profitability. They spearhead pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and business mix optimization to ensure the hotel's offerings meet market demands efficiently. Additionally, this role manages digital marketing efforts, B2B campaigns, and social media to amplify brand visibility and generate demand. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality

  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Duties

  • Drive total revenue performance by leading sales and marketing efforts across segments including group, catering, business transient, and leisure
  • Develop commercial strategy by setting and executing multi-year commercial plans in partnership with leaders
  • Optimize pricing and business mix by collaborating on pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and business mix definition
  • Analyze performance and convert insights into actions by leading sales and marketing optimization processes and conducting commercial reviews
  • Lead marketing and digital strategy through oversight of B2B marketing, digital campaigns, social media, PR, and online content
  • Ensure brand alignment and operational excellence by maintaining consistency with brand standards and corporate identity
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by recruiting talent and managing performance, professional development, and recognition programs
