We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is critical in driving the hotel's revenue growth by developing and executing a comprehensive revenue management strategy. The Director will focus on maximizing profitability across multiple areas including guest rooms, dining, catering, and events. As the key voice of our brand, this individual will manage the marketing budget strategically to enable property-specific campaigns, promotions, and the creation of effective sales collateral aimed at generating revenue and meeting ambitious property targets. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders.
