Job Requirements
- High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
- 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in hotel sales
- passion for hotel sales with a competitive, hunter mentality
- strong understanding of hotel sales and competitive sets
- proven track record of sales success
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- basic computer skills for communication and data analysis

Job Duties
- Drive growth of total hotel revenue and positive RevPAR index change year-over-year
- execute sales process to contract group business and secure corporate negotiated rate accounts
- champion and execute the hotel's overall business plan
- evaluate competitive set and provide recommendations to sales staff and general manager
- optimize sales staff by ensuring understanding of mission and tools for business plan execution
- develop relationships with hotel ownership and pertinent field/corporate staff
