The Director of Sales position at the Hilton Garden Inn - Jeffersonville is an exciting and pivotal role focused on driving the hotel's revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This full-time role entails developing, implementing, and managing sales strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across various market segments. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive hotel sales background, demonstrating a keen ability to close sales effectively and leverage industry knowledge.
Responsibilities for this role include achieving or exceeding sales goals and hotel budgets by using data-driven approaches and market insights. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in managing or leading hotel sales teams with expertise in forecasting sales, budget analysis, and CRM applications.
