As the Director of Sales at Superhost Hospitality for the Holiday Inn Lexington, you will be central to driving the revenue growth and overall success of the business. This full-time role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies designed to meet business goals and expand market share. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote business development. Your role will also include identifying new market trends and business opportunities to ensure the company stays competitive in the hospitality industry. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry is required
  • Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
