Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license in applicable state
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and appearance standards
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and leadership
- Must be able to travel to assigned properties as needed
Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience or a 4-year degree with 2 years related experience or a 2-year degree with 4 years hotel sales experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate options and solve problems under pressure
- Proficient in financial data analysis and basic arithmetic functions
Job Duties
- Engage professionally with guests and employees to maintain positive workplace culture
- Maintain operational compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and safety regulations
- Conduct weekly sales activities including telemarketing, cold calls, appointments, and site tours
- Collaborate with leadership to maximize revenue through strategic follow-up and coordinated sales efforts
- Supervise and develop sales team members through scheduling, training, and coaching
- Submit weekly sales reports and update regional leadership on sales performance
- Execute directives and support sales and marketing initiatives to boost property revenue
