Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
- at least five years of hotel sales experience
- strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Job Duties
- lead all sales efforts to drive room revenue, group business, event revenue, and food and beverage opportunities
- develop new business and maintain strong client relationships
- prospect new accounts and respond to RFPs promptly
- conduct site tours and negotiate contracts
- manage group blocks
- collaborate with the General Manager and operational leaders on strategic decisions
- participate in budgeting, forecasting, and weekly revenue discussions
- support marketing efforts including social media, property programming, and website strategy
- coordinate photography and enhance community visibility through networking
