Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • at least five years of hotel sales experience
  • strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Job Duties

  • lead all sales efforts to drive room revenue, group business, event revenue, and food and beverage opportunities
  • develop new business and maintain strong client relationships
  • prospect new accounts and respond to RFPs promptly
  • conduct site tours and negotiate contracts
  • manage group blocks
  • collaborate with the General Manager and operational leaders on strategic decisions
  • participate in budgeting, forecasting, and weekly revenue discussions
  • support marketing efforts including social media, property programming, and website strategy
  • coordinate photography and enhance community visibility through networking
