We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead the Front Office and Housekeeping operations at this full-service Marriott property. This leadership role requires a dynamic and motivated professional with comprehensive knowledge of Rooms Division management and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. The Director of Rooms will oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division, ensuring seamless coordination between Front Office and Housekeeping departments to maximize guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness. This position plays a critical role in shaping the guest experience by upholding service standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labor and budget allocations, monitoring departmental performance, and collaborating closely with executive leadership to align operational strategies with the hotel’s goals. This role demands strong leadership skills to develop, coach, and inspire the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence. This is a full-time position located in the South U.S. with relocation assistance provided, offering a competitive base salary of up to $110,000 plus a 20% annual bonus.
