As the Director of Rooms, you will oversee all aspects of this key operational area, including front desk, reservations, guest services, and housekeeping. Your leadership will guide a team of hospitality professionals dedicated to upholding the highest standards of service. This position demands strategic thinking and the ability to develop initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent experience
  • proven experience in rooms division management preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • proficiency in hotel property management systems pms and related technology
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
