With a rich history of welcoming over 3 billion guests worldwide, Hilton's core mission is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. This commitment extends beyond guests to the Team Members who shape every guest interaction, making Hilton not only a great place to stay but also a great place to work. Recognized repeatedly on the World's Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, Hilton underscores its dedication to cultivating an award-winning workplace culture that fosters growth, inclusivity, and exceptional service. The company supports the professional journey of every employee, whether they are beginning their career or seeking new opportunities within the hospitality sphere.
The Director of Revenue Management role at Hilton is a pivotal leadership position focused on maximizing profitability through strategic pricing, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is essential in driving revenue performance by evaluating key market metrics, conducting detailed forecasting and analysis, and refining pricing strategies to optimize room inventory. The Director of Revenue Management leads the management of group and transient inventory, implementing rate controls, blackout dates, and sellout strategies designed to enhance revenue streams. Beyond data-driven decision making, this role involves closely partnering with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align strategies that improve both profitability and operational efficiency.
In addition to overseeing daily department operations and facilitating revenue initiative meetings, the Director is responsible for cultivating a high-performing team. This involves fostering employee engagement, retention, performance management, and professional development programs to ensure continuous growth and motivation within the team. Hilton seeks a leader with a passion for hospitality who embodies the company’s core values including integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgent discipline to make a meaningful impact every day. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership capabilities to this dynamic role, contributing significantly to Hilton's goal of providing memorable experiences for every guest. This role is not simply about managing revenue but enhancing the overall guest journey through thoughtful and innovative revenue strategies, thereby creating a hospitable environment where every stay is exceptional and memorable.
