The Director of Revenue Management at Hyatt Regency DFW plays a pivotal role in driving the hotel's financial success by strategically managing pricing, inventory, and distribution across rooms and food & beverage outlets. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years progressive hotel revenue management experience
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex properties
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team development experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and revenue management software
- Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, preferably in a large or complex property
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and outperform competitive sets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data interpretation
- Service-oriented approach with strong presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on developing and coaching others
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other revenue management tools
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
Job Duties
- Develop and execute revenue strategies that maximize total hotel revenue and profitability
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisions
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate projections aligned with business goals
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to support targeted campaigns and demand generation efforts
- Monitor distribution channels to optimize channel mix and cost efficiency
- Provide reporting and insights that support strategic decision-making for hotel leadership
- Mentor and develop revenue and reservations team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in revenue management practices
