The Revenue Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Denver plays a pivotal role in steering the property’s revenue management strategy, ensuring optimal financial performance through data-driven pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting. This leadership position is crucial in maximizing occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) by aligning revenue initiatives with the Four Seasons luxury service culture. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Rooms Division, Sales and Marketing, and Front Office, to implement strategies that balance group and transient business effectively. The Revenue Manager operates in a dynamic luxury hospitality setting where maintaining high standards of service alongside business objectives is essential.

In this role, you will develop and oversee complex revenue strategies, including segment mix optimization, pricing architecture, and yield management controls within property management systems like Opera and Salesforce. You will analyze detailed reports related to forecasting, market segmentation, booking trends, and channel performance to inform strategic decisions and present actionable insights to senior leadership. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality revenue management or reservations. Job Duties

  • Direct and control room inventory and rate availability to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR in alignment with Four Seasons standards
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies, including segment mix optimization, pricing structures, and demand-based controls
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to manage group allocations, evaluate displacement, and optimize transient/group balance
  • Oversee the effective use of Property Management Systems and Sales and Catering systems ensuring data integrity and strategic utilization
  • Produce, analyze, and act upon key revenue reports including daily and weekly forecasts, monthly market segment analysis, booking pace and pickup trends, displacement and compression analysis, rate performance and resistance reporting, suite inventory optimization, channel and source performance, and arrival/departure patterns
  • Prepare and present monthly revenue and reservations performance summaries with actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Establish and manage pricing architecture including BAR tiers, negotiated and package rates, segment ceilings, yield strategies, and suite and premium inventory strategies
  • Lead and enhance upselling initiatives ensuring alignment with luxury service delivery and revenue goals
  • Foster a high-performance, service-driven culture rooted in Four Seasons values of respect, integrity, and excellence
  • Actively participate in key hotel meetings including yield and forecast meetings, sales and marketing strategy sessions, executive committee meetings, and pre-convention meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies, brand standards, and service expectations across all revenue practices
  • Maintain readiness to respond to operational or emergency situations in alignment with hotel crisis management protocols
  • Support Sales and Marketing efforts including site inspections and client presentations as needed
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and marketing planning processes
  • Collaborate with Four Seasons global reservations network and participate in property visits and audits
  • Build relationships within the market and Four Seasons network to support benchmarking and talent development
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by General Manager, Hotel Manager or Senior Commercial Director
