Job Description

Cuvée is a distinguished luxury hospitality company specializing in offering the world's most elevated collection of ultra-luxury private villas and chalets across the globe's most sought-after destinations. With a curated portfolio of approximately 100 exquisite luxury homes, Cuvée plans to expand its offerings to over 300 properties by the end of 2027, solidifying its status as a leader in high-end exclusive travel. Each location features an on-site dedicated team adept at managing every touchpoint of the guest experience, ensuring seamless and exceptional service for both guests and property owners. These teams excel in the "Art of Discovery," creating personalized travel experiences by combining couture design, architecture, meticulous guest planning, and immersive cultural engagements uniquely accessible to insiders and locals. The company's commitment to quality and bespoke service has earned it unparalleled industry praise, including a consistent perfect 5-star rating and a remarkable 96 percent guest survey response rate, reflecting the highest satisfaction in the luxury travel industry.

The role available at Cuvée is for a Director of Revenue and Guest Experience, a pivotal position that transcends traditional sales management. This position demands an individual who will not only lead Cuvée's sales function but operate actively in driving revenue, enforcing pipeline discipline, and guaranteeing an exceptional client journey from the initial inquiry through to booking and the post-stay lifecycle. It requires a leader who thrives under high expectations, understands the nuances of managing high-value client relationships, and applies a structured, metrics-driven, and personalized sales approach. The Director will be responsible for aligning sales strategies across direct, digital, travel advisor, and B2B channels, ensuring a consistent and high-touch client engagement model. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is also required to meet the demands of an ultra-luxury clientele.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for a sales leader with experience in ultra-luxury or premium service sectors such as luxury travel, private aviation, yachts, concierge services, or luxury real estate. The Director will be instrumental in shaping sales performance, coaching and holding a team accountable, analyzing sales pipelines, and collaborating closely with marketing and guest services to enhance lead generation and client engagement. They will also represent the Cuvée brand with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring that each interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. The salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $250,000 plus commission and bonus, with extensive benefits including stock options, 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision coverage, generous vacation policies, and a hybrid office environment. Prospective candidates without direct experience in luxury or equivalently prestigious sales contexts are unlikely to be considered a suitable match for this specialized role.
