The individual must exhibit strong leadership skills, setting realistic operational goals and leading by example to encourage teamwork and financial decision-making integrity. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere that exemplifies exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all food handling, liquor laws, and internal policies. The manager also handles human resource activities such as interviews, performance appraisals, and employee development.

Success in this role requires a blend of expertise in customer service, financial acumen, and operational management. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies that align with the property’s overall financial goals. Providing exceptional guest service is paramount, involving active engagement with guests to collect feedback and respond effectively to concerns or complaints. The position supports a culture of continuous service improvement through team communication and empowerment.
